Here's a question for all you artists out there who have any knowledge about printing comics or know where to go to get something printed. I'm currently researching printer possibilities for my up coming books and projects i'm involved in. anybody got any suggestions? i've already got KA-BLAM.com as a possible printer. Anybody know of any others that are fairly affordable? Any info at all would be helpful. thanks guys!

Hey folks! new development in the creation of my comic, "SUMMONS". i will not be releasing it under the company name, "NEWBOUND ENTERTAINMENT". Apparently, the group has disbanded and all projects are terminated until further notice. So, you may be asking me; "Are you discouraged?" then i'd say to you; "HA HA HA HA!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" (lol) i am still moving forward with my own comic. the only difference will be that i will be self-publishing (w/the help of KABLAM printing) and, since it will not be in an anthology with 3 other stories, it will be CHEAPER!!!! So, REJOICE MY FRIENDS!!! i feel somewhat liberated, actually, lol. i may not meet the end of the summer deadline, but at least my art will no longer be compromised by an unrealistic time-frame.

and, for all my loyal followers and supporters, i will be adding a few extras to make the book worth while. in the completed "SUMMONS" comic book, issue 1, i will be including exclusive sketches and pin-up art that i will not post here on DA, EVER! there will also be a little soundtrack in the works that will feature musical themes for all the characters of "SUMMONS", so you can listen to some mood-appropriate tracks while you read your book! this package deal will be exclusive to my comic convention appearances, which i will post for all you guys as soon as all the products and formalities are taken care of! Just had a little idea for a nice deviation that i may tackle after i get some other work done. I'd like to know who your TOP 20 FAVORITE NINJA are. Preferably, i'd like to do a mash up of ninja from different genres and all that, but they can be male or female, from comics, video games, whatever... i'm just curious. i can think of a few of mine, but i'd like to get everybody's feedback.

lol. Well, if you do, then you have a chance to kill 2 birds with one stone by pleasing your eardrum and helping support an up and coming artist as well! NEAT, huh?!

(Meteor Sounds Change Everything) and i was blown away when he made a theme for one of my Shira-Genesis characters. Be sure to check out ELLE'S LAMENT, it's awesome, lol. Just like i aspire to in my art, Lamier mixes western, urban style with a bit of anime and other eastern influences. if you have a myspace, add him and you'll see updated beats and songs. if you don't have one, just stopping by the page and listening to his stuff would be fine.
